Tiuta unveils valuation refund offer

Short-term lender Tiuta is offering to refund valuation fees upon completion across its residential bridging range.

The offer applies to all bridging loan applications that complete by 1 April and is subject up to a maximum value of £500. The refund of the valuation fee will be made on completion of the loan and the offer is available direct through Tiuta and its packaging panel.
