Tiuta to use Expo to promote &quotambitious&quot plans

Tiuta is more than doubling its presence at this year’s Mortgage Business Expo.

The annual trade show is taking place at London Olympia on 11-12 November.

The bridging finance provider will be using the Expo to tell visitors about its plans for expansion, as well as explaining its bridging loan provision.

The specialist lender recently unveiled a three-year 8.99% fixed rate deal available at up to 70% LTV for both purchases and remortgages of HMO properties.

Tiuta also recently branched into secured loans via a tie-up with Savills Lending Solutions (SLS).

Industry stalwart George Patellis was appointed as a full time special adviser to the board of Tiuta in August to help with the lender’s ambitious growth plans.

Gary Booth , CEO of Tiuta, said: “Today’s mortgage intermediary must be able to offer a raft of solutions to their clients. Expo provides a perfect networking platform to engage with all sectors of the market
