Tiuta moves back into 75% LTV bridging

Specialist lender Tiuta is returning to 75% bridging funding

It is offering facilities of 75% LTV for loans up to £500,000 and these are based on open market value and not purchase price.

The lender is also to launch several new intermediary mortgage products in the near future.
