Time Finance bolsters Midlands presence with new appointment

Time Finance has expanded its presence across the Midlands with the appointment of Kelly Johnson as business development manager in its invoice finance division.

Johnson (pictured) will be responsible for growing the company’s reach across Birmingham, the West Midlands, Staffordshire, Shropshire and Cheshire, developing relationships with intermediaries and helping more small and medium-sized businesses secure flexible funding.

Her appointment forms part of Time Finance’s wider plan to expand its lending book to £300 million and strengthen its regional network.

She joins the firm with seven years’ experience in the invoice finance sector, having previously held roles in direct sales and management at Novuna Business Cash Flow. There, she worked closely with SME owners to identify funding solutions tailored to their growth needs.

Johnson said: “I’m excited to be joining Time Finance at such an important stage of its growth journey. Building strong relationships and supporting local businesses is something I’m really passionate about.

“The business has a fantastic culture and a clear strategy for growth, and I’m looking forward to contributing to that by helping more SMEs access the funding they need to succeed.”

Her appointment follows those of Tom Ludden and Paul Rice as the lender continues to expand its operations and enhance coverage across key regions.

Andy Hume, head of sales (north) at Time Finance, said: “Kelly’s appointment is a great addition to our growing team. Her experience and drive will be key as we continue to expand our reach across Cheshire and the Midlands.

“We’re delighted to have her on board as we build on our momentum and further strengthen our position in the region.”
