Time Finance has welcomed George Tierney as relationship executive in its invoice finance team.

Tierney (pictured) joins with two years’ experience in the field, having started his career as a credit controller in Bibby Financial services. He managed a portfolio of 40 clients, ensuring prompt payment of debtor invoices and managing customer relations.

In his new role at Time Finance, Tierney will assist the funding and growth requirements for a portfolio of mixed clients in Time Finance’s invoice finance division.

Tierney said: “It’s great to be joining Time Finance, who have an excellent reputation in the industry. I am excited to take on this next challenge in my career with a business who put customer service and relationships at the heart of what they do.”

The announcement follows a number of recent appointments within Time Finance, including Paul Rooney and Sam Evans as regional sales managers for the South West and Midlands regions.

Tom Cook, relationship manager at Time Finance, added: “We are pleased to welcome George to the business. Having gained experience as a credit controller, we are excited to see George transfer both his skills and knowledge to this new role and support our wider relationship management team.

“Combined with his commitment to delivering industry-leading levels of customer service, we believe George will be a great addition to our team.”
