The technology company eTech provides mobile surveying and workflow management software. The firm seeks to provide customers with a “secure, robust and innovative way of working,” with consistent and compliant documentation. It can help firms to streamline business processes, improve the speed and security of information exchange and reduce workloads.

Founded in 2005, eTech has its headquarters in Solihull. Its clients include residential surveying firms, energy suppliers and players in the government’s ECO and green deal initiatives, with more than 5,000 field-based users of its technology.

Warranty prover Premier Guarantee has arranged cover for property worth more than £45 billion in the UK and for more than 250,000 homes here and in Europe.

Since 1997, the firm has been providing customers with “some of the most innovative and competitively priced structural warranty solutions available on the market.” Premier has a large network of surveyors and provides building control services to leading UK property developers. It has offices in Spain and Cyprus to provide services to overseas customers.

Premier subsidiary LABC Home warranty has worked in partnership with LABC (Local Authority Building Control) since 2007 to provide new home and structural warranties throughout England and Wales. It provides “complete support” for its clients’ structural warranty and building control needs, covering both residential and non-residential property.
