OpenConvey has reported that one of its firms complete a remortgage within three working days.

O’Neill Patient, based in Stockport, received the instruction on a Monday morning and the whole transaction completed on Thursday morning.

Martin Bourke, partner at O’Neill Patient, said: “Through the OpenConvey portal we are able to respond instantly to instructions and all Land Registry and Transfer documents were requested by email on the same day as the instruction.
