The Source introduces rewards programme

Published on

Source Insurance has today launched a reward programme for brokers to benefit from every piece of business they write.

The Source Rewards programme is open to all brokers who are registered with the Source and allows them to collect pips for each piece of business, whether this is new business, renewal or introduced.

Brian Coulton, head of sales at The Source, said: “We wanted to run an incentive programme that rewarded every broker not just the ones who are lucky enough to win a prize draw. We think Source Rewards does just that. It gives brokers the chance to earn market-leading commissions from one of the most extensive ranges of products in the industry and at the same time earn extra rewards to be cashed out when they choose.”

Brokers earn pips for each case and these can be cashed in for high street shopping vouchers when they have amassed enough.

The programme will form the centrepiece of The Source’s incentive plans this year with a number of ad-hoc bonus pip periods planned.

The business said the scheme will be closely monitored to ensure there is no abuse and that quality remains high.
