The Right Mortgage & Protection Network has introduced a new Health Fact Find feature across the Acre platform, expanding the digital tools available to advisers.
Launched today, the Health Fact Find allows advisers in member firms to collect and record detailed client health information, covering medical history, lifestyle factors, diagnosed conditions, current medications, GP and family medical background.
It is now live across all health and protection cases on Acre, appearing as a dedicated section beneath the existing fact find.
Key features include automatic calculation of BMI based on client-entered data, and a synchronised smoker status field which feeds directly into the protection sourcing process, reducing duplication and saving time for advisers.
According to the network, the development is part of a broader strategic move to enhance the advice journey for both clients and advisers, with Acre continuing to build out functionality that supports more cohesive and compliant processes across multiple product areas.

Nicola Ventrella, operations director at The Right Mortgage, described the Health Fact Find as “a major step forward” in enabling advisers to deliver robust, client-centric advice.
She said: “It’s been designed by Acre to work intuitively, saving time while capturing richer health data across protection, PMI and equity release/later life lending cases.”
She added that future enhancements are already in development, including a Client Portal version of the Health Fact Find that will allow customers to complete their information securely at home.
Due later this year, this update is expected to reduce meeting time and improve data accuracy, while helping advisers concentrate more fully on the advice itself.
Ventrella said: “Our ambition is to provide a technology journey that continues to evolve with our members’ needs. This is the latest step in that journey, and one that reinforces our long-term partnership with Acre and our determination to keep delivering the very best support to our firms.”
Chris Goodfellow, chief technology officer at Acre, said the feature supports a more holistic advisory process by allowing firms to manage all relevant client data in one place. “The introduction of Acre’s Health Fact Find enhances advisers’ ability to make sure they are providing the best outcomes for all their customers’ needs,” he said.
