The Right Mortgage Network strengthens customer service team

The Right Mortgage & Protection Network has bolstered its customer services team including the appointment of a new head of customer service.

Abigail Carr takes up the new role and will be directing and managing all activities related to the delivery of effective customer service to the network’s AR firms and advisers.

In addition, Carr will be the point of contact for all customer services issues, liaising with other department heads across the organisation, implementing and maintaining effective methods for gathering customer (adviser) satisfaction data, developing plans and targets for the customer service team, managing and maintaining long-lasting relationships with advisers, organising training and facilitating the development of the customer service team.

The customer services team is available to all member firms and advisers to provide support, help and guidance on the full range of opportunities available via The Right Mortgage.

The team also consists of Sharon Jeynes and Leah Thomas.

Carr said: “We never lose sight of the fact our advisers are our customers. We pride ourselves on treating all our advisers with the same respect regardless of business levels and continually ask for feedback from our members to improve our service to them.

“As we continue to level up our support to ARs and their advisers, our newly-expanded team will help us continue to deliver a personable service to our members.

“At The Right Mortgage we recognise the important role customer services has and that’s why we’re bolstering our dedicated support to maximise those relationships for all involved – after all, our advisers are our customers.”
