The Right Mortgage launches peer group meetings to support AR firm leaders

Published on

The Right Mortgage & Protection Network has announced a new series of regional peer group meetings taking place throughout May, aimed at helping appointed representative (AR) firm leaders share insight, develop strategies and strengthen collaboration across the network.

The Sales & Development Peer Group Meetings, which are being held at venues across England, Scotland and Wales, are designed specifically for AR principals, owners and leaders. The events are intended to create a forum for shared experience, allowing attendees to discuss business growth, operational challenges and opportunities with their peers in a supportive environment.

Confirmed dates include Southampton (15 May), Glasgow (16 May), Newport (20 May), Solihull (21 May), and Huddersfield (22 May), with each event running from 10:45 AM to 2:30 PM and including a working lunch. Attendance is free of charge, although spaces are limited and registration is required via Eventbrite.

Amanda Wilson, strategy & development director at The Right Mortgage, will join each session alongside members of the wider network team, providing updates and insight on current priorities for the group. Lenders and providers will also be present at each event.

Nicola Ventrella (main picture), operations director at The Right Mortgage & Protection Network, said the events are designed to foster connection and practical learning between members.

“These sessions are about open minds, shared experience and mutual support. They give business owners and leaders within our network the space to engage meaningfully with each other and with our team, and to focus on how to take their firms forward,” she said.

“Whether it’s exploring new ways of working, boosting efficiency, or just learning what’s working for others, the aim is to give every attendee something practical they can take away and apply.

“We’ve created these events based on direct feedback from our members, and they’re designed to be useful, accessible and relevant. We’re encouraging all AR Principals to attend their local session to benefit from shared expertise, fresh ideas and quality conversations.”
