The Right Mortgage adds 4Corners Property to conveyancing panel

Published on

The Right Mortgage & Protection Network has added 4Corners Property to its conveyancing panel, expanding the range of legal and property services available to its member firms and their clients.

The partnership gives advisers access to a network of high-street style legal firms through 4Corners Property, each offering dedicated conveyancing teams focused on improving communication and response times throughout the transaction process.

Advisers will also benefit from the company’s technology platform, which provides instant, accurate conveyancing quotes and real-time case updates for both clients and intermediaries.

The platform’s update system enables advisers to monitor progress at each stage, helping to reduce delays and uncertainty.

In addition to conveyancing, 4Corners Property offers related services including independent property surveys, upfront property searches through its 4Moving Pack, energy performance certificate (EPC) arrangements, and a 4Stamp service to ensure accurate calculation and payment of stamp duty.

Advisers can also create bespoke panels by adding preferred solicitors to the 4Corners system, maintaining existing relationships while benefiting from the platform’s efficiency and transparency.

Victoria Clark (pictured), head of lending at The Right Mortgage & Protection Network, said: “We’re pleased to welcome 4Corners Property to our conveyancing panel. They have a commitment to service excellence, transparency and adviser support.

“This partnership will provide our member firms with even more conveyancing choice to ensure they deliver a high-quality, smooth experience for their clients.”

Nikhita Channa, chief sales officer at 4Corners Property, added: “We’re excited to join The Right Mortgage & Protection Network and to provide its members with access to a conveyancing solution that puts service and communication at the heart of every transaction.

“We know how much advisers value their clients’ experience, and our platform is built to make that journey as seamless as possible.”
