The Recruitment Franchise Group reports strongest September in years

Rayner Personnel, part of The Recruitment Franchise Group, has hailed September 2025 as the strongest recruitment month of the year, with hiring activity in the property sector up 28% year-on-year.

Despite perceptions that the property industry is slowing, demand for talent remains at record levels.

The company reports that West London, Surrey, and East Anglia have been standout regions driving recruitment momentum in September.

The Group currently has over 200 live roles advertised in the property sector, with more being added daily. Roles in highest demand include mortgage brokers, property managers, business development managers, branch managers and valuers.

HUGE DEMAND

Josh Rayner (main picture, inset), CEO of The Recruitment Franchise Group, said: “Despite the backdrop and the misconception that the property sector is not hiring, we have seen a huge demand from our clients for talent at all levels.

“Just this week our consultants have arranged more than 100 interviews – 106 to be precise – and activity shows no signs of slowing.”

And Rayner added: “September has always been a strong month for recruitment, but this year has exceeded expectations.

“Clients are pushing hard to secure top talent before the end of the year.”

“Clients are pushing hard to secure top talent before the end of the year, and candidates are seizing the opportunity to make career moves. We anticipate a very busy final quarter.”

With activity levels surging and demand for property professionals showing no sign of easing, Rayner Personnel is urging both employers and candidates to act quickly to take advantage of the autumn hiring window.
