The Nottingham Building Society has joined the SimplyBiz Mortgages panel of lenders.

All SimplyBiz Mortgages members now have direct access to the full range of products from The Nottingham.

Martin Reynolds, chief executive of SimplyBiz Mortgages, said: “We have been in discussions with The Nottingham for some time in relation to their strategic growth and we are delighted that they have chosen to work with SimplyBiz Mortgages as their initial step into the directly authorised (DA) market.

“We are always keen to work with lenders that will offer our members a different approach and we believe that The Nottingham will prove a great success.”

Chris Parker, head of intermediary sales at the Nottingham, added: “Working with SimplyBiz Mortgages was a natural extension of the wider group relationships we have with them. The full compliance support that they offer their members has been an important factor in our decision when entering the DA market.

“We look forward to engaging with their members on the benefits that The Nottingham can offer their clients.”
