The Nottingham improves higher LTV rates

Nottingham Building Society has launched five new branch/direct exclusive mortgage products.

They have an upfront booking fee of £199 (non-refundable) and an arrangement fee of £100 (added to the loan at completion, subject to max LTV).  One free basic valuation applies and free legal fees for remortgages when using Society’s solicitor.

2 x First Time Buyer Only 95% LTV Fixed Rates

 

  • 3 year, 5.69% (was 5.79%) fixed until 01/03/2016

  • 3 year, 4.49% (was 4.79%) fixed until 01/03/2016

    • Free basic valuation
    • Free legals for Remortgages

  • 5 year, 4.59% (was 4.74%) fixed until 01/03/2018
