The Nottingham Building Society has extended its panel management agreement with Gateway.

The parties have agreed a new five-year contract.

This follows the outsourcing of the Nottingham’s valuation management and in-house surveying team to Gateway in 2010.

Simon Taylor, chief operating officer at The Nottingham, said: “During a period of significant growth for The Nottingham, Gateway has not only delivered an exceptional valuation panel management service to the Society, but has added real value in other property related areas.

“We find them pro-active on property valuation matters and flexible in their approach to helping us manage our risk processes.”

“We are delighted to extend our relationship with one of the UK’s largest and most respected building societies,” added Marcus Radcliffe managing director at Gateway.

“The Nottingham are a dynamic, forward thinking Society who understand the markets they operate in and the management team are a pleasure to work with.

“We have maintained a focus on the Building Society sector and I believe our consistently high levels of service delivery coupled with our hands-on senior management approach differentiate us in this marketplace.”
