The Moving Hub joins SmartrRefer conveyancing panel

Published on

Conveyancing platform and case management system, The Moving Hub, has been added to SmartrRefer, Legal & General Mortgage Club’s network of selected specialist partners.

Legal & General Mortgage Club members will now be able to connect with The Moving Hub’s network of conveyancers and benefit from its upfront fee structure.

SmartrRefer is a network of selected specialist partners and master broker firms through with Legal & General members can refer their complex cases to.

The Moving Hub is a conveyancing platform designed to help introducers such as mortgage intermediaries, financial advisers and estate agents connect to a panel of vetted solicitors across England and Wales. It is the first conveyancing platform to offer referral fees up front rather than on completion with no clawbacks and considers the case capacity of each solicitor on the network so as not to overload and affect the quality of service.

The platform also provides case milestone updates to advisers, estate agents and clients.

Peter Joseph (pictured), CEO at The Moving Hub, said: “This is not a partnership which has happened overnight. As a company we have, quite rightly, been subjected to a rigorous due diligence process and our systems have been tested extensively by Legal & General Mortgage Club. It’s even more satisfying to be chosen as one of a select few conveyancing partners after such a demanding process, as this really does showcase the innovative nature and added value attached to our proposition.

“SmartrRefer is built around partners who can add value and expertise to the intermediary market, and we look forward to working closely with Legal & General members to meet their range of conveyancing needs and put some much-needed confidence back into the conveyancing process.”

Craig Hall, head of broker relationships, Legal & General Mortgage Club, added: “We’re really pleased to now be working with The Moving Hub as one of our three conveyancing partners for SmartrRefer.

“Conveyancing is an integral part of the mortgage process and it was important our partners were able to meet the high standards we expect for our members. Through The Moving Hub our advisers will have access to not only conveyancing expertise but also competitive pricing and quality service.”
