The Mortgage Lender introduces Premier Panel

Published on

The Mortgage Lender (TML) has created a Premier Panel of specialist distributors who will receive exclusive service arrangements and enhanced product terms.

The panel consists of Residential Home Loans (RHL); The Mortgage Trading Company; Complete FS; 1010 Mortgages; Solent Mortgage Services; 3MC; Brightstar; The Lending Channel; TFC Homeloans and Positive Lending.

Alistair Ewing, owner at The Lending Channel, said: “Being a member of the Premier Panel gives us an advantage because we have one point of contact for case management from inception to completion.

“It means the whole process is streamlined so service that was good before is even better now. The products are great, well-priced, with good LTVs and they help clients who can’t get a mortgage from a true mainstream lender.”

Pete Thomson (pictured), director of sales and marketing at The Mortgage Lender, added: “We introduced the Premier Panel after asking our distributor business partners how we could enhance and add value to existing relationships.

“With 90% of our applications already underwritten within 48-hours the addition of a single point of contact for Premier Panel members helps cement our working relationship and provides a platform we can build on in the future.”
