The Loan Partnership to distribute Vida seconds range

Published on

Vida Homeloans has added The Loan Partnership to its second charge master broker panel.

The lender offers second charge mortgages on both a residential and buy-to-let basis.

It lends on a range of different property types including HMOs, on both an interest-only and capital repayment basis.

Andy Pelley, director of The Loan Partnership, said: “We are very pleased to have Vida on our panel. They have a strong reputation in the first charge space and have taken the technology and common sense approach to lending and applied that across their second charge range.

“We have demand for both their residential and buy-to-let products and are looking forward to getting started.”

Simon Burnell, director of sales – second mortgages at Vida Homeloans, added: “I have worked with Andy and the team at The Loan Partnership for over 10 years so look forward to the future.

“Our range of residential product, including interest-only, non standard property types and up to four borrowers mean we can add real value and incremental business to his panel of lenders.”
