Matt Jameson, fundraising manager for Macmillan Cancer Support, said: “We are so delighted to have the continued support of Leeds Building Society. Their recent £1,140 donation, from the sale of our pin badges throughout September and October, was very welcome.

“By 2016 there will be over 1,000 people diagnosed with cancer every day, and these valuable funds will help support those people.”

Martin Richardson, Leeds Building Society’s director of business development, added: “It’s great news that we have continued our long standing and successful relationship with Macmillan Cancer Support.

“We are pleased that the pin badges, with their special coffee morning design, proved popular with customers in our branches earlier this autumn.”
