The Leeds donates £11k to cancer charity

The Leeds Building Society has donated £11,000 to Marie Curie Cancer Care. Each year the society makes a donation from its Caring Saver account to Marie Curie, with the charity having received over £160,000 from the account since it began.

The mutual donates 1% of the average balance in all Caring Saver accounts shared equally between its four charity partners: Marie Curie Cancer Care, Save the Children, Help the Aged and the Leeds Building Society Charitable Foundation.
