The Leeds cuts offset rates

Leeds Building Society has cut the rates on its two-year discount offset mortgage by up to 0.65 percentage points.

For example, the introduced only deal is priced at 2.80% up to 75% LTV, (2.89% discount from SVR) and 2.95% from 76% to 80% LTV, (2.74% discount from SVR).

The society has unveiled fee assisted options for those clients who prefer help with up front costs. They include a free valuation, free in-house legal services for remortgages and no completion fee.
