Leeds Building Society has cut the rate on its two-year discount buy-to-let deal from 4.44% to 4.29%.

It is available up to 70% LTV and comes with a £199 booking fee and £800 completion fee.

Phil Coombes, Leeds Building Society’s head of intermediary sales said: “This buy-to-let option has been specifically designed to offer landlords greater choice and flexibility. It has no higher lending charge and 10% capital repayments are allowed each year without penalty.”””
