Sesame network members can now access to a new exclusive buy-to-let product from Ipswich Building Society.

The 3.99% two-year fixed rate product is available for loans up to 75% LTV across England and Wales.

Whilst early repayment charges (ERC) apply until 31st December 2014, overpayments of 50 per cent of the original loan amount are allowed within this period.

“Two year fixed rate buy-to-let products have been popular recently, and I am sure that this competitive offering will be welcomed by Sesame members,” said Robert McCoy, the network’s senior product and communications manager.

Jo Leah, general manager of sales and marketing at Ipswich Building Society, said: “We look forward to extending our relationship with Sesame by offering this product outside of our usual area – giving more intermediaries access to this exclusive product.”
