The Coventry unveils four-year fix

Coventry Intermediaries has launched new fixed rate mortgages including a four-year fixed rate available up to 85% LTV.

The four-year deal is available at 4.49% with no arrangement fee, or 3.99% with a £300 arrangement fee.

There is a booking fee of £199.

All products also include one basic valuation and a legal package for remortgagors.

Colin Franklin , managing director of Godiva Mortgages, said: “These new deals are a great option for borrowers with have lower deposits or less equity but are looking for good value in the years to come.
