The Co-Op Bank to release new fixed rates

The Co-operative Bank for Intermediaries has announced the launch of its latest product range.

The launch includes reductions on two, three and five-year fixed rates of up to 1.07 percentage points, available from Tuesday 9 January.

Products in the new range include:

  • Two-year fixed rate at 4.34% at 80% LTV with a £999 fee and £250 cashback available
  • Two-year fixed rate at 5.18% at 95% LTV with a £0 fee and £250 cashback available
  • Three-year fixed rate at 4.33% at 80% LTV with a £999 fee and £250 cashback available
  • Five-year fixed rate at 3.89% at 60% LTV with a £999 fee and £250 cashback available
  • Five-year fixed rate at 4.28% at 90% LTV with a £0 fee and £500 cashback available

John Ward, director of product at the Co-operative Bank, said: “We’re pleased to be able to launch these competitive rates to support homeowners to get the best possible deal on their mortgage.

“We’re continuing to keep our range under review in order to offer good value deals to support our customers via our broker partners.”
