The Chelsea adds new direct deals

The Chelsea Building Society has added a number of mortgages to its direct range.

Three year fixed rate mortgages are being added to the range of fixed term products, alongside the current two, five, six and seven year deals.

Meanwhile, new track and fix mortgages offer a two year tracker followed by a three-year fix.

Interest rates also have been cut on some existing products for higher LTV loans.
