The Brightstar Group outlines promotions and new hires

The Brightstar Group has announced new recruits and promotions to its team.

Chantelle May has been promoted to group head of sales support, taking on responsibility for the daily running of the Brightstar Financial and Sirius sales support teams. She joined Brightstar as a case manager in 2018 and has twice been previously promoted during her time at the business.

Andy Cappaert has also been promoted, taking on the role of group head of national accounts and will lead the Brightstar Group’s business development strategy. He joined Brightstar as national account manager in 2021.

Meawhilem Brightstar has recruited three new team administrators – Rianna Byom, Connor Lam and Paul Killington – to provide greater capacity for growth and help maintain service levels.

Rob Jupp (pictured), group CEO of the Brightstar Group, said: “We are very excited about 2024 and these changes will give Brightstar an excellent foundation to continue the growth of the group across Brightstar Financial, Sirius and our recently launched insurance brokerage.

“The promotion of Chantelle and Andy is testament to the hard work and dedication they have demonstrated in their previous roles and supports our policy at Brightstar to give good people the tools and opportunities they need in order to succeed in their careers.

“I’d also like to welcome Paul, Rianna and Byom, whose willing attitude will provide a great asset to our team of administrators, which provides the engine room for any business.”
