TFC teams up with the National Counties

TFC Homeloans has joined forces with National Counties Building Society, adding the mutual to its residential and buy-to-let panels of mortgage lenders.

Brokers can now access the lender’s mortgage products through the specialist distributor, as well as those of its offshoot, The Family Building Society.

Nigel Payne (pictured), TFC Homeloans’ managing director, said: “National Counties and The Family Building Society are fantastic lenders, offering an innovative range of buy-to-let and specialist residential products, as well as mortgages designed to enable families to help each other onto the property ladder.

“They are a great addition to our panel, not only because of their ranges of niche products, but also because of the support and commitment that the teams provide to the intermediary market. We are delighted to be working together.”

Cammy Amaira, head of intermediary sales at National Counties, added: “TFC Homeloans is a leading distributor with bags of experience, and they share our commitment to find lending solutions for those who fall outside of mainstream lending criteria. We look forward to helping brokers and their clients through TFC.”
