TFC partners with Prestige Finance

TFC Homeloans has teamed up with Prestige Finance, enabling its broker partners to access the lender’s second charge residential and buy-to-let products.

Nigel Payne (pictured), managing director of TFC,  said: “Like TFC, Prestige has specialised in niche sectors for many years and this experience counts for a lot. What is most refreshing is that, like us, the business is forward-thinking and still looking to find innovative solutions for its clients.

“That’s the mark of a lender that really understands its market and its customers.”

Darrell Walker, head of product & new business at Prestige Finance, added: “TFC is a top class distributor that shares many of our values. Not only does the business have a highly experienced team dedicated to second charge lending, they understand the importance of putting the broker and customer at the heart of their operation. We are delighted to be working together.”
