TFC Homeloans is now offering a conveyancing club route as it seeks to provide brokers with a specialist lending ‘one-stop shop’.

Any intermediary submitting cases through TFC Homeloans can now use its conveyancing service across mortgages, second charges, bridging and commercial loans.

RG Solicitors offer a no fee, no sale, money back guarantee in addition to referral fees of up to £300. Every referral is assigned to an individual consultant who will assess each case and provide an accurate quotation.

Every client will also receive a free drafted ‘Will for Life’ which can be updated annually at no extra cost.

Andrew Brown, managing director of TFC Homeloans, said: “We are pleased to add RG Solicitors to our Conveyancing Club and look forward to working closely with them in the coming months.

“RG Solicitors offer a broker-focused service with the same ethos as our own, ensuring a consultant is always available to contact directly by either email or telephone. Expanding our current services to brokers which add value to their business is key to our future plans.”

Matt Gillies, senior partner of RG Solicitors, said: “Property law is our roots, where RG began. We have put together an outstanding property team to deliver results that put a smile on our client’s faces. We’re fanatical about service and want to ensure all of our clients have an impressive customer experience.

“We have worked hard to provide an outstanding service at a competitive price and are delighted to now be part of TFC Homeloans Conveyancing Club.”
