TFC Homeloans is expanding its current proposition to include a whole of market equity release service.

All brokers using TFC Homeloans will now be able to access all services offered by Equity Release Supermarket’s business to business channel Equity Release Partners, including a wide range of schemes from providers such as Aviva, LV= and Just Retirement, in addition to product exclusives.

Equity Release Supermarket is a whole of market firm which offers a national base of fully qualified equity release advisers.

Andrew Brown, director of TFC Homeloans, said: “We are really pleased to be partnering with Equity Release Supermarket. Forming strong relationships with firms such as this is key to our long term plans to extend our current services to our brokers and add value to their business.

“Post-MMR some borrowers have struggled to raise additional capital against their home due to tighter lending restrictions. Equity release provides a solution to borrowers over the age of 55 years who wish to increase their monthly income or receive a cash lump sum to enjoy. This partnership will ensure our brokers receive an exceptional level of service with a great referral fee to incentivise them further.”

Gary Webster, head of Equity Release Partners, added: “We are delighted to welcome TFC Homeloans as one of our business partners and very much hope that this is the start of a long and mutually beneficial business relationship.

“At equity release partners we are committed to providing our partners the tools to provide a further option for their customers as well as the potential of generating a further income stream for their business.”
