TFC Homeloans’ 1APP passes £3bn enquiry mark

TFC Homeloans has reported that its DIP and application system, 1APP, has surpassed £3 billion in mortgage and loan enquiries from mortgage brokers.

A third of this had been achieved in the last 12 months.

1APP nose offers a DIP, application and case management system for brokers.

Ian Balfour, sales and marketing director at TFC, said: “I am delighted with the system we have produced to date and feedback from our brokers has been very positive. We have grand plans to make it even better as expectations and client needs continue to grow.

“The speed and expertise of our system, team and now our onsite underwriters, mean we are offering the best service possible to brokers and their clients.”
