Tesco unveils new 95% LTV intermediary offering

Published on

Tesco Bank is launching a new intermediary mortgage product range on 14 July which will now include 95% LTV products.

The lender said the 95% deals would initially come from a limited tranche of funds.

It is removing booking fees across the product range and some will now be completely fee-free.

Rates are also being lowered on a number of five-year fixed products.

Pipeline cases for the current product range, dated 16 June 2016, must be fully submitted and fees paid by midnight on Wednesday 13 July in order to qualify for the chosen product.
