Tenet teams up with Foundation Home Loans

Published on

Tenet has announced a new partnership with Foundation Home Loans, enabling its members to now go direct to the lender, as opposed to through a packager.

Gemma Harle, TenetLime managing director, said: “Formed only two years ago, Foundation Home Loans have a refreshing approach to mortgage lending, with clear, efficient processes and consistently fair lending criteria.

“Their ability to help borrowers – and even first time buyers – with minor credit problems is a facility which our members will find particularly useful. And their recent expansion into the residential sector, from their traditional buy-to-let base, is also another attractive feature.”

“Tenet has a fantastic reputation as a network,” added Jeff Knight, Foundation Home Loans’ director of marketing, “so we are naturally delighted to be joining their panel, allowing their advisers to access our range of specialist mortgage products.”
