Tenet has launched a ‘Business Excellence’ programme to take client firms through and beyond the RDR.

The programme looks at preparing, updating and executing a business plan, client segmentation and service proposition as well as process and IT infrastructure.

It also deals with recruitment and training, marketing, finance, risk management and succession and long-term business strength.

Tenet claims that the service is structured so as to offer practical support for advisers at all levels.

Supporting provider partners like Aegon, Partnership, Scottish Widows and Zurich are also collaborating in certain areas.

Keith Richards, Tenet’s group distribution and development director, said: “It’s the latest on-going commitment to help our clients develop a sustainable business model which is not only RDR-compliant
