Tenet agrees long-term deal with Focus Solutions

Tenet has signed a long-term contract with Focus Solutions to incorporate their remuneration management module into the existing Tenet Advantage practice management technology proposition.

Using the remuneration management module, adviser firms can create and operate a full range of consumer agreed charging models from a single platform, including setting up fee agreements, calculating and recording fees and producing and issuing invoices.

Mike O’Brien, managing director of TenetConnect and TenetSelect, said: “This module essentially offers a one-stop-shop solution for post-RDR remuneration, giving advisers greater visibility of their payments, transactions and related management information.

“This follows a major investment in upgrading to the latest version of Tenet Advantage in January this year, offering members improvements in ease of use, customer servicing functionality, management reporting and flexibility to reflect regulatory changes.”

Dave Upton, managing director at Focus Solutions, added: “This contract is a landmark point in our relationship with Tenet. It reflects the substantial commitment and investment that Focus is making in bringing a new generation of end-to-end, modern, adviser-focused solutions specifically to the IFA market.

“Tenet is a flagship user of our focus:360° product under the Tenet Advantage brand and this development will allow its members to further increase their potential to lead the market in delivering lifetime client engagement with an unrivalled level of service and operational efficiency.”
