TCF Debt Solutions (UK) enters liquidation proceedings

Published on

Insolvency practitioners Clarke Bell have been appointed to undertake the measures necessary to liquidate TCF Debt Solutions (UK) Ltd.

The news marks another business failure for Andy Moody. In August 2008 Moody’s secured loan business Loanoptions.co.uk. Limited was put into administration. Many industry players were critical of Moody’s ‘phoenix’ operation which led to him heading up a separate business, Loan Options. This ceased trading in June 2009.

BestAdvice.net has been trying to contact Moody for the past week to no avail. Emails to his TCF address bounced back, saying the address was unknown.

A creditors’ meeting is to be held on 6 August.
