Targets appoints compliance chief

Sue Colquhoun has been appointed risk and compliance director at Target Group.

She has also joined the executive committee.

She has extensive senior level compliance management experience and has worked within financial services companies for over 25 year.

Before joining Target she worked as a compliance consultant for three years undertaking assignments for companies including Northern Rock and Equitable Life. Prior to this she was a compliance director of Bear Stearns International, now JP Morgan.

Colquhoun will strengthen Target’s existing risk and compliance culture and will work with the Target executive team to reinforce and maintain a proportionate risk and compliance framework.

Paddy Byrne, CEO said: “I’m delighted to welcome Sue Colquhoun as Risk and Compliance Director for Target Group. She brings specialist experience to strengthen our senior team to support our financial services software and business process outsourcing.

“This appointment reflects our commitment to strengthening the compliance framework and governance structure for Target Group.”
