Target Group has promoted Tracey Thomas, head of procurement, to the newly created role of senior growth lead.
In her new role, Thomas (main picture, inset) will engage with senior stakeholders across client organisations, including CFOs, treasury teams, compliance, IT and legal, blending elements of marketing, strategic partnerships and sales while navigating regulatory requirements.
She will also focus on generating new recurring revenue from existing clients and strengthening long-term relationships.
Thomas joined Target in 2021 as commercial team lead, became head of procurement in 2022, and has been credited with fostering collaboration and driving performance. She previously worked with SSE plc and British Gas and will report to growth director Mel Spencer.
