StreamBank expands regional reach with new BDM for Midlands, Wales and the West

Specialist lender StreamBank has appointed Amy Robinson as business development manager for the Midlands, Wales and the West of England, as it continues to bolster its regional presence across the UK.

Robinson (pictured) joined the business on 1 May and brings 17 years’ experience in financial services to the role, having previously worked for Masthaven, TSB Bank, Monmouthshire Building Society, GPS Financial Limited and Apex Bridging. Her background spans both residential and specialist lending.

In her new position, she will be responsible for supporting StreamBank’s broker network across the region, helping them identify funding opportunities, and working closely with them and their clients throughout the bridging and property finance process.

Her appointment follows a series of recent hires by the lender, including Lee Warne as senior BDM for London and the South East, and Aiman Maklad as BDM for London and the South, as StreamBank continues to invest in front-line broker support.

Roz Cawood, managing director – property finance at StreamBank, said: “Amy’s experience and knowledge of the market make her a brilliant addition to the team. She understands the challenges brokers and their clients can face and takes a practical, responsive approach to finding solutions.

“We’re proud to welcome her to StreamBank as we continue to grow our team and strengthen support across the UK.”

Robinson added: “I’m really excited to be part of the StreamBank team. I’ve always enjoyed working closely with brokers and helping them find the right solutions for their clients, so I’m looking forward to getting out and about across the Midlands, Wales and the West of England.

“StreamBank has a strong reputation for being flexible and easy to deal with, and I’m keen to build on that by giving brokers the support they need to get deals over the line.”
