StreamBank delivers £225k bridging loan in Scotland

StreamBank has completed its fastest case in Scotland to date.

It delivered a £225K regulated bridging loan in 15 working days.

The funding was secured against the borrower’s current residence in Pathhead, which is currently listed for sale, and was used to raise capital toward the purchase of a new home.

StreamBank recently began operating in Scotland and has committed to expanding its footprint north of the border.

The team worked in close collaboration with McVey & Murricane Solicitors to navigate Scotland’s distinct legal conveyancing processes.

The application was submitted, and funds were disbursed within a few weeks.
