StreamBank appoints senior BDM for London & the South East

StreamBank has announced the appointment of Lee Warne as senior business development manager (BDM) for London and the South East.

Warne (pictured) has held senior roles at Octane Capital, Shawbrook Bank, Vantage Insurance Services, and XYC. He has widespread expertise in sales, account management, underwriting, lending, relationship management, and business development.

As senior BDM for London and the South East, Warne will focus on building and strengthening relationships with brokers across the region, providing tailored support and assistance. He will play a key role in promoting StreamBank’s lending solutions, keeping brokers up to date with market developments, and working closely with intermediaries.

Warne said: “I’m thrilled to be joining the team at StreamBank at such a pivotal moment in its growth. With over 13 years of experience in the property finance sector, working alongside some of the most renowned lenders in the industry, I have gained a broad and diverse skill set that I believe will make a significant contribution to our continued success.
