Stonebridge unveils Revolution Touchpoint

Mortgage and insurance network Stonebridge Group has launched Revolution Touchpoint, a new marketing tool for its Revolution technology system.

Revolution is a business solution software system for use by both Stonebridge Group appointed representatives (AR) and any directly authorised (DA) firm. It has been developed to enhance all areas of a firm’s business activity from lead generation and sales progression through to business processing and customer retention.

Revolution users can now able to access Revolution Touchpoint, a new marketing tool which will allow them to generate their own marketing material to send out to new and existing clients, using pre-approved marketing templates.

By using the templates users can generate advertising, flyers or email e-shots choosing their own colourways, images and formats. The firm’s logos, contact details and fee statements will be automatically generated.

Stonebridge and Revolution are also offering a bespoke marketing design service for all system users for those firms who want something specific or unique.

Julie Murray, technology director of Revolution, said: “As always with Revolution we are looking to develop the system in order to support users and to help them generate business via a variety of means. We all know that developing marketing material can be resource-heavy and time-consuming in terms of securing compliance sign-off. The launch of Revolution Touchpoint takes away much of these resource and time constraints and offers users the opportunity to quickly generate compliance-approved material which can be issued at the touch of a button.

“Our aim has been to make life as easy as possible for users and we therefore have company logos, contact details and fee statements already supported so firms only need to choose the look and feel of the material using our bank of images, colours and formats. This is a real step ahead for the system as it allows advisers to use a simple system to get the high-quality marketing documents they need. The Revolution team has worked incredibly hard to develop and launch Touchpoint and we believe it is a significant resource that should be utilised by all users of the system.”
