Stonebridge Group appoints preferred conveyancers

Published on

Stonebridge Group has appointed two conveyancing operators, BM Solutions Conveyancing and eConveyancer, part of the ULS Group, as preferred providers to the network.

The appointment will include integration of both BM Solutions’ Conveyancing and eConveyancer’s platforms into Stonebridge’s own technology system, Revolution.

Stonebridge appointed representative (AR) firms will be able to choose between the two platforms.

Paul Nye, business partnerships director of Stonebridge Group, said: “Helping clients to select a competitive proposition for conveyancing should be part of the service advisers provide. Many clients are seeking guidance in this area and, without the best recommendation, may receive a poor service or incur unnecessary expense. With this in mind we recently undertook a review of leading conveyancing propositions which looked at a number of key areas, including feedback from our ARs, support, service standards, pricing and IT functionality.

“We felt eConveyencer and BM Solutions Conveyancing were outstanding with both firms offering great all-round propositions. Our ARs will have access to platforms which are simple to use and will integrate seamlessly into our own Revolution system so quotations can be obtained quickly and without duplicated data entry.

“When combined with the ability to select from a wide range of law firms based on client preference and a strong service culture, we are confident that Stonebridge ARs and their clients now have access to the best in the market place.”

Ben Thompson, managing director of ULS Group incorporating eConveyancer, added: “Intermediaries have emerged from the last decade even stronger than they were before the credit crunch. This is testament to the great choice and experience offered when customers need mortgages, both in good times and in bad.

“Today, one of the key areas where intermediaries can properly differentiate themselves is through fully controlling and influencing the experience that customers have when moving home and remortgaging. Stonebridge advisers will now be able to do exactly that, through working with eConveyancer, and I’m delighted that we have been chosen to partner them for conveyancing.”
