Stonebridge Group has announced a new strategic relationship with the employment agency Reed.

All Stonebridge partner firms will now be able to post job vacancies free of charge on the Reed jobsite.

Meanwhile, Stonebridge also have the facility to search the entire Reed.Co.Uk candidate database and will be able to provide members with details of suitable candidates that fit their job vacancy profile.

The network anticipates that member firms will use the service in order to fill new adviser vacancies however the strategic relationship also allows firms to advertise all other available positions within the business.

Stonebridge is actively seeking to partner with advisory firms who are seeking more from their business relationships. Richard Adams (pictured), its managing director, said: “We began 2014 with a newly defined focus for the business which was to promote our proposition to existing and potential members as a partnership they can trust in order to deliver their business potential. We believe this new strategic relationship with Reed provides a very tangible example of how we intend to deliver against that mission statement.

“Recruiting qualified, quality members of staff can be extremely difficult and I have lost count of the firms I have encountered who have got their recruitment policy wrong and were left out of pocket and in a very tricky employment situation. This is why we are offering member firms the opportunity to access the Reed job site not just so they can advertise their current vacancies but to also use its database in order to get the right people in the right roles. This is not just about filling adviser vacancies but all other important positions within the firm.

“As firms look to expand it is vital that they have the right personnel in order to make the most of the business opportunities that exist – this is one, of many, areas where Stonebridge is able to help and support our members, and we will be announcing similar initiatives in the months ahead.”
