Steve Sandiford joins Foundation Home Loans

Foundation Home Loans has appointed Steve Sandiford as its residential mortgages director.

Sandiford (pictured) has over 30 years’ experience in the residential and buy-to-let mortgage industry, covering a range of senior positions including roles at Dudley Building Society, One Savings Bank and most recently as residential mortgage director at Paragon.

At Foundation Home Loans, Sandiford will be heading up the lender’s expansion within the residential sector.

Andrew Ferguson, commercial director at Foundation Home Loans, said: “2019 is the year when Foundation Home Loans will make its mark in the residential sector, and we are delighted to have secured such a well-respected industry expert as Steve to lead our development in this area, building on our burgeoning reputation as the go-to specialist lender.”

Sandiford added: “I am thrilled to be joining such an innovative, energetic lender as Foundation Home Loans, and look forward to helping them establish residential lending alongside their successful buy-to-let proposition.”
