Stagg Mortgage Services has appointed Paul Lewis as its new growth director as part of the firm’s strategy to expand its national footprint.

The creation of the growth director role signals the company’s intent to strengthen its position as a forward-thinking intermediary.

Lewis (pictured, right) joins from LiveMore Mortgages, where he was sales director, and brings extensive experience from across the financial services industry.

His previous roles include head of growth at Mortgage 1st, managing director of TMG Mortgage Club, and head of intermediary at Proportunity.

In his new position, he will oversee the firm’s national expansion and lead new initiatives aimed at supporting local businesses through tailored business and group protection solutions.

Katherine Stagg (pictured, left), managing director of Stagg Mortgage Services, said: “Paul brings with him an incredible depth of experience and insight from across the mortgage industry.

“His appointment as growth director comes at a pivotal moment as we continue to build on our early success and drive Stagg to the next level.

“Paul has been a valued supporter of our business for some time, generously offering his guidance and perspective as we’ve grown. Having him on board full-time is not only exciting but also a testament to how far Stagg Mortgage Services has come in such a short space of time. His leadership, vision, and connections will be instrumental in shaping our next phase of growth.”

Lewis added: “Stagg Mortgage Services has achieved remarkable success in a short period and has ambitious plans for the future. I’m thrilled to be joining the team and to play a key role in expanding our reach, deepening our partnerships, and continuing to deliver the outstanding service that has become the Stagg hallmark.”
