LMS has announced its partnership with Stafford Railway Building Society.

It will become the 33rd lender to join LMS Panel Link, as well as launching with Secure Link.

Stafford Railway Building Society now has access to a fully vetted, secure panel of conveyancing firms provided through LMS’ Panel Link service, with each of the firms meeting the lender’s requirements.

The Building Society will also launch with LMS Secure Link, a service that enables law firms to request redemption statements in a streamlined, secure way to help speed up the conveyancing process for both purchase and remortgage transactions. The service also speeds up the post-offer query process, with the platform providing answers to 69% of FAQs from law firms.

Nick Chadbourne (pictured), CEO of LMS, said: “Stafford Railway Building Society’s partnership with LMS is yet a further vote of confidence in our market leading Panel Link service. LMS continues to provide security, innovation and digitisation to all partners without compromising on customer centricity.

“The decision to launch with Secure Link too is a testament to the value and success of the service in providing efficient methods of communication to help with the current capacity issues across the board and reduce pressure on lenders.

“We are committed to forming partnerships like these to drive innovation in the industry, and Stafford Railway Building Society will be an invaluable partner for us.”

Rob Hassall, chief operating officer at Stafford Railway Building Society, added: “We always strive to put our members first and with the current economic circumstances causing an increase in capacity issues across the board, we were looking for a partner to help us continue to deliver on this goal.

“With a vision so closely aligned with ours, LMS suited our needs perfectly and we are looking forward to seeing the real-time benefits of its services internally and for our customers.”
