Staff growth set to continue at Spicerhaart Part-Exchange

Spicerhaart Part-Exchange & Assisted Move has enjoyed record growth 2019, with sales growing by 67% in both volume and value compared to 2018, a previous record year for the business.

Acting for a large number of builders and developers across the UK, Spicerhaart Part-Exchange & Assisted Move provides a range of part-exchange and assisted move services, including its own funded part-exchange proposition.

The business has taken on two new area negotiators during the year to cope with the growing demand for its services. The business is still actively expanding, looking to take on additional negotiators in the New Year and to complete a long-awaited move to new offices in Sheffield.

Neil Knight, business development director at Spicerhaart Part-Exchange & Assisted Move, said: “This is the latest in a string of good results for us and we’re expecting this success to continue into the New Year, with more confidence returning to the market and people getting on with moves they may have been putting off.

“We will definitely be looking to bring new people into the team. I believe we offer a very good working environment, with a close-knit team and soon brand new offices as well.”
